With less than a week to go until the release of their twentieth studio album, Kiss are now streaming two new songs from Monster online. Check out "Long Way Down" and "All For the Love of Rock & Roll" below.

"There are no symphony orchestras, boy choirs, keyboards, outside producers or songwriters on this album," said bassist Gene Simmons in a press statement earlier this year. "The best thing we did was to turn inwards to ourselves."

Back in August, the band released the limited-edition Kiss Monster Book, a 3 feet tall, 2.5 feet wide tome that was limited to 1,000 copies and carried a hefty price tag of 4,250.

"This book is way beyond my expectations," said Paul Stanley. "The photos are incredible at this size. It's not a coffee table book, it's a coffee table!"

The follow-up to 2009's Sonic Boom is out next Tuesday, October 9.

In the two years since The Letter Black released their debut album, Hanging On by a Thread, they've toured almost nonstop and released two EPs, Hanging On by a Thread Sessions Vol. 1 and 2. But fans are eager for a proper new full-length. That wait will be over in early 2013, when the band drops its followup. In anticipation of that release, The Letter Black are premiering a new song, "Sick Charade," from the album right here right now. Check it out below, read what frontwoman Sarah Anthony has to say about the song, and let us know what you think in the comments. For the latest news on the band, follow them on Facebook.

REVOLVER What's "Sick Charade" about?
SARAH ANTHONY This song is about hypocritical people. It's about those who say one thing and do another. In this song, I talk about my decision to not follow those types of people anymore and hopefully challenge the listener to decide whether or not they will.

What was the inspiration?
Musically, Rage Against the Machine. Lyrically, life experiences. Too many to list.

What part of it did you guys come up with first?
Mark [Anthony, guitarist] came up with the guitar riff first. That's how most of our songs start. It sets the tone and mood for the lyrical content.

Was it easy or hard to write and record?
This song was surprisingly easy all around. We had a blast recording it.

How is the new album coming along?
We actually recorded earlier this summer and just received the mixes from David Bendeth. That guy is magic behind a mixing console! We are so stoked for it to get released.

How would you describe it compared to your previous music?
This release is way more mature and in your face than the last record. We also feel it's more aggressive. Also, the overall theme is more cohesive and less sporadic.

Inhale Exhale will release their new album, Movement, on October 9. In anticipation, the band is premiering a new song, "Carpe Diem," right here right now. Check it out below, read what guitarist John LaRussa has to say about the track, and let us know what you think in the comments.

REVOLVER What's the song about?
JOHN LARUSSA The song is basically about what the album is centered on: moving forward and keeping your head up above all the garbage the world throws at you, making the most from any situation. If it's something positive, rolling with it and remembering the good from it.  If it's negative, take it and use it to make yourself stronger. We get something out of every experience—it's up to us what we do with it.

Which part of it did you come up with first? And what was the inspiration?
It was just taking time and jamming, we weren't trying to make an off the wall song or anything, it almost didn't get put on the record.  It was demoed as a bunch of riffs I was messing with. But we really enjoyed the direction.  I think the bridge was wrote first.

Was this an easy song to write or record?
Guitar parts were easy. I mapped those out and it took an hour maybe playing it until we felt good about it. Recording actually went pretty smoothly. Drums first to a scratch track and then listening, doing some changes and then tracking guitars. Pretty standard in this song.

What sort of feedback have you gotten on this song so far?
Feedback has been great. We never planned on releasing it for people to hear besides those who picked up the album. But a lot of people that've heard it seem to favor it.

What sort of reaction do you want to get from the song?
So far people get an old-school vibe to it, and the album as a whole. We don't care, as long as people enjoy it. Lyrically, we hope people take to heart what the song is about and fight for their life, no matter what they go through.

Soundgarden are now streaming the lead single from their first new album in over fifteen years, King Animal. Stream the aptly titled "Been Away Too Long" below.

Co-produced by the band and Adam Kasper (Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Pearl Jam), King Animal marks the band's first new album of all-original material since 1996's Down on the Upside (buy on iTunes). The first single from the new album, aptly titled "Been Away Too Long," is due out September 27.

Fans got a taste of new Soundgarden material earlier this year in the form of "Live to Rise," which appeared on the soundtrack to the film The Avengers. Frontman Chris Cornell, however, was quick to caution fans against thinking that particular song represented the direction of the band's new album, telling Seattle radio station KISW, "Some of the songs on our new album are pretty far left of center, and sort of zero in on more of a hardcore Soundgarden fan and not necessarily a family that goes to see a film like that. "

King Animal is due out November 13.
