Arizona death 'n' roll kingpins Gatecreeper have peeled back "the black curtain" again to announce a wave of headlining dates in support of their forthcoming Dark Superstition full-length.
It's a busy spring for the band as it is, between their current run of overseas dates and an upcoming North American run supporting In Flames this April and May. Today (March 26th), Gatecreeper announced they'll just stay on the road from there, starting their own headlining run on May 28th in Santa Fe.
They'll be traveling the West Coast with fellow extreme forces Undeath, Jarhead Fertilizer and Final Gasp before closing the quick trip in Mesa on June 8th, for a "special" hometown record release show — though the full details on the latter have yet to be revealed.

As previously reported, the supernaturally-themed Dark Superstition is the first Gatecreeper full-length since 2019's Deserted, though it follows 2021 mini-album An Unexpected Reality. The album was produced and mixed by Converge tone master Kurt Ballou at his iconic God City Studios in Salem, Massachusetts.
Dark Superstition has already been previewed through anthemic, arena-sized death-metal cuts "Caught in the Treads" and "The Black Curtain." A press release explains that Dismember drummer-songwriter Fred Estby was working alongside Gatecreeper "to help perfect their game."
Dark Superstition arrives May 17th through Nuclear Blast.
