Hear RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE's TOM MORELLO shred on ALICE COOPER's new song

"White Line Frankenstein" from shock-rocker's forthcoming album 'Road'

Shock-rock pioneer Alice Cooper has a new album arriving late next month titled Road, and today he's shared a new song about a character that Cooper imagines is out there careening down the freeway. It's called "White Line Frankenstein," and it's a hard-rock jaunt that features a blazing solo from Rage Against the Machine axman Tom Morello.

"White Line Frankenstein is a monster that we created," Cooper said in a press release. "It's a truck driver who's been out there a long time. He's the king of the road. He doesn't live in a house. He lives in that truck.

"In the song, this surreal tough guy is driving on white lines for his whole life. So, 'White Line Frankenstein' would be his CB handle. It's monstrous and definitely a stage song."

Road is due out August 25th and you can pre-order it on limited-edition, red 2LP vinyl from our shop
