Judas Priest played their first show of 2024 last night, which doubled as the tour kickoff for their newly-released album, Invincible Shield.
The NWOBHM titans pulled out all the stops in Glasgow, giving several tracks on the new record their live debuts, and sprinkling in a couple oldies that Priest haven't played live in many years.
The new tunes included the rip-roaring Invincible Shield singles "Panic Attack" and "Trial By Fire," as well as its mighty title-track. Then, they played "Love Bites" (off Defenders of the Faith) live for the first time since 2015, and later unboxed "Saints in Hell" (from Stained Class) for the first time since 2019.
