Mudvayne played their first show of 2023 last night (July 20th) in Palm Beach, Florida. The alt-metal aliens kicked off their second proper trek since their 2021 reunion, which will see them travel throughout the U.S. for the next month with fellow nu-metal pioneers Coal Chamber.
The journey is dubbed The Psychotherapy Sessions, and the first date looked fittingly psychotic. Mudvayne played a 15-song set that featured tracks from all throughout their catalog, including the live debuts of "Fish Out of Water," a song off their 2008 album The New Game, and their their 2007 cover of The Police's "King of Pain."
