Post Malone's love of hardcore and metal is well-documented by now. The pop-rap superstar fucks with everything from Pantera and Ozzy (who he collabed with) to Gatecreeper and Turnstile, both of which he tapped for his own music festival a couple years back.
So it's not a total shocker that, when asked to curate the soundtrack for the wrestling video game WWE 2K24, he threw together a badass playlist filled with bands from our world of stage-dives and crowdkills.
Posty handpicked songs by Turnstile, Militarie Gun, 100 gecs and Speed to be included in the game's soundtrack, displaying his eclectic taste in hardcore — from the anthemic catchiness of Turnstile and Militarie Gun to the crushing mosh madness of Aussie brutalists Speed.
Those bands, in addition to the hyper-pop weirdos 100 gecs, all appear in the WWE 2K24 score alongside tracks by country star Tyler Childers, rage-rap commander Yeat, avant-pop maestro Grimes and, naturally, Posty himself.
It's a pretty awesome selection of songs to hear while your wrestler beats the shit out of your opponent. Peep the full list of Posty's executive-produced portion of the soundtrack below.
