Back in December, Ruby Da Cherry — a.k.a. half of the New Orleans hip-hop duo $uicideboy$ — surprise-released a new EP, existential hymns for the average sigma (vol. 9), from his punk-rock side project DUCKBOY. Today, he's followed up with the fun, VHS-style music video for standout cut "Excalibur."
Befitting the song's medieval-themed title, the clip sees Ruby donning knight's armor, clutching his trusty sword and going on an epic quest complete with witches, living skeletons and a fire-blowing dragon. Watch above.
Next up for $uicideboy$, they'll play Rolling Loud in Los Angeles on March 16th, before taking their annual GREYDAY tour down under to Australia and New Zealand, joined by their G59 labelmates Germ and Shakewell, as well as Ghostemane and Pouya.
2024 also marks the boys' 10th anniversary as a group.
