See violinist wake up 'America's Got Talent' covering SYSTEM OF A DOWN's "Chop Suey!"

This season of America's Got Talent is on track to be the show's most metal yet. Viewers have already seen hair-metal parodists Steel Panther rock the stage — and win over judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Sofía Vergara and Heidi Klum.

Now violinist Phillip Bowen has wowed the studio audience with a shredding rendition of System of a Down's nu-metal smash "Chop Suey!"

Better yet, Bowen's fiddle cover of the Toxicity hit caught the eye and ear of System of a Down's own Serj Tankian. "Very impressive performance," the singer hailed on Twitter.
