Over 26,000 headbanging fans were in attendance to witness Slipknot, Slayer, Motörhead, Anthrax, As I Lay Dying, the Devil Wears Prada, and many more bringing, well, mayhem. Van Halen are currently on tour in support of their latest album — and first with singer David Lee Roth in 28 years — A Different Kind of Truth, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard charts upon its release. The band will wrap up the current leg of their North American tour on July 26, after which they'll take a break before launching another leg of what's sure to be a massive tour.

During a busy weekend which also saw him perform at the U.K.'s Download festival, Slash made his way to the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam for a memorable night of rock and roll. The perennially top-hatted guitarist was joined by singer Myles Kennedy and backed by the Conspirators for an action-packed set, which included Halestorm's Lzzy Hale lending vocals to "Out Ta Get Me." You can check out all of the action below, courtesy of photographer Rob Fenn.

Don't forget that Slash is currently featured on one of three collectible covers of the May/June issue of Revolver along with Alice Cooper. The issue is on newsstands now, and is also available in our online store.

As an added bonus, Taylor was joined on stage for a few songs by Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale. You can relive the action in the below photo gallery, courtesy of photographer Rob Fenn.
