Check out highlights from the Revolver/Guitar World Rock & Roll Roast of Dee Snider. The event, which was presented by Peavey Electronics and sponsored by Epiphone and Monster Energy Drink, took place January 24 at the Grove in Anaheim, California, the site of last year's inaugural Rock & Roll Roast, which skewered Black Label Society guitarist Zakk Wylde.

Black Veil Brides played a sold-out show at New York City's Best Buy Theater Friday night, January 25, and we were there to document the event!

For All Those Sleeping, who will be on tour with I See Stars and Upon This Dawning from February 1 to 12, will premiere their new music video, "Mark My Words," on February 4. Revolver & Guitar World are at it again with the 2013 Rock & Roll Roast of Dee Snider, presented by Epiphone & Monster Energy.  

This year will be even more exciting; it's being taped live for TV and it's open to the public. The event features roastmaster Penn Jillette, a celebrity dais including Zakk Wylde, Jim Norton, Lita Ford, Eddie Trunk, Scott Ian, Jim Florentine, Craig Gass & Mick Foley, and our guest of honor, Dee Snider!  

The evening will begin with the star-studded red carpet show followed by dinner & cocktails during the main event.

On November 30, Metal Blade Records celebrated 30 years of metal with an all-star blowout at the House of Blues in Los Angeles. The evening was hosted by Don Jamieson and Eddie Truck of That Metal Show, and featured performances by Gypsyhawk, Sacred Reich and longtime Metal Blade artists Armored Saint. Metallica's Lars Ulrich, James Hetfield and Robert Trujillo also put in an appearance, a nod to "Hit the Lights" first appearing on the first-ever Metal Massacre compilation.

On November 24, the NOS Event Center hosted California Metalfest VI, which featured a face-ripping lineup including Dillinger Escape Plan (pictured above), As I Lay Dying, Darkest Hour, Animals as Leaders, Pierce the Veil, Unearth, Bleeding Through, Born of Osiris, For Today, and many more. Revolver's own Stephanie Cabral was on hand to capture the mayhem, as was photographer Dirt Junior, who shot the photos of Unearth and Thrown Into Exile. Check out all the pics below.
