For years, Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor has made the Spongebob SquarePants theme song a routine part of his solo setlist. Why? Because it's hysterical to watch one of the most intense dudes in metal break out into a giddy sea shanty from a children's cartoon.
This past weekend, something wild happened: Taylor performed the song with SpongeBob himself, a.k.a. famed voice actor Tom Kenny.
Stationed at the Huntington Comic and Toy Convention, the 'Knot frontman linked up with Kenny — who voices SpongeBob and many other characters in shows like the Powerpuff Girls, Adventure Time, Camp Lazlo and more — to bust out a very special version of the Bikini Bottom anthem.
Both guys looked like they had a ball playing together, and you can watch footage above via YouTube.
